INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 679/2016 AND OF THE APPLICABLE CURRENT REGULATION


This information is provided pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (“Regulation”) as well as the current applicable legislation on Privacy.

The information requested by the interested parties is sent by e-mail to those who expressly request it, by filling in the form on this page and authorizing CBC (Europe) Srl to process their personal data.


Purpose of the treatment
The personal data provided by users are used to satisfy requests for information from interested parties.


Methods for data processing
The processing of personal data will take place using paper, IT or telematic tools and with adequate security measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data in compliance with the provisions of current legislation.


Legal basis of the treatment
The legal basis of the data processing is given by the consent based on the request for the service formulated by the consent.


Data retention
In compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, the data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and, therefore, the service offered or the specific legal provisions on the matter.


Mandatory/optional nature of the provision of data
The provision of data is optional. Refusal to provide data will make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

 

Communication and dissemination of data
Personal data collected for the aforementioned purpose will not be disclosed.
Personal data may be disclosed to the persons in charge of processing/authorised employees of the company.

The Data Controller is CBC (Europe) Srl with registered office in via Zanica 25 – 24050 Grassobbio (BG).
A list of External Managers is available at the Data Controller’s operational headquarters.


Rights of the interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (articles 15 and 16 of the Regulation).
Furthermore, the interested parties have the right to request cancellation, limitation of treatment, portability of data as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment (Article 17 ss. of the regulation).
